Were working with a wellestablished organisation that is seekinga proactive and customerfocused Claims Coordinator to join their busy office based in Swanley. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a background in claims coordination or reactive maintenance who take pride in delivering a firstclass service from start to finish.
About the Role: As a key point of contact for customers youll play an essential role in managing the full lifecycle of each claim from initial instruction through to job completion. Youll ensure that each interaction is handled with care clarity and professionalism while coordinating with a range of internal and external stakeholders including engineers insurers and trades teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of property claims ensuring all cases are progressed efficiently and within service level agreements
Liaise with customers via phone and email throughout each stage of their claim providing regular updates and support
Accurately maintain client systems updating case notes logs and schedules
Coordinate with internal field teams and subcontractors to arrange site visits and repairs
Schedule workloads effectively ensuring technician availability and travel times are optimised
What Were Looking For:
Experience in claims handling customer service administration or housing maintenance coordination
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone particularly those who may be upset or in distress
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A collaborative team player with a proactive and professional approach
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
