Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary contact for customers addressing inquiries about service appointments repairs and maintenance while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Welcome customers warmly whether in person or over the phone and provide clear accurate details about available services.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively ensuring a positive experience and fostering trust.
- Support the service advisor with coordinating shop and/or road technicians.
- Support with the preparation and maintenance of accurate service records and repair orders.
- Manage billing invoicing and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update the service database and related systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate freight arrangements for the timely pickup and delivery of service work as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless support when needed.
- Uphold workplace health and safety practices at all times.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:- Proven ability to multitask prioritize and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Outlook Word and Excel with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
- Strong typing skills at 5060 wpm ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Positive and professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills alongside superb customer service abilities.
- Selfmotivated detailoriented organized with excellent problemsolving skills.
Training Education and Experience:- 13 years of experience in a servicerelated administrative role preferably in the automotive/equipment industry.
- High School Diploma.
Compensation Package:
- Salary between $40000 and $50000 depending on experience and qualifications along with vacation extended benefits and anRRSP matching plan.

Working Conditions:The Service Administrator is based out of the Surrey office and works 40 hours on average per week Monday to Friday.
