Concrete Batcher / Relief HR Driver
Are you a selfmotivated team player We are looking for someone who is passionate about safety results focused with awesome communication skills a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
Candidates from all industries (i.e. hospitality logistics agriculture supply chain commerce fast food manufacturing mining health) are encouraged to apply were just looking for great people with a positive cando attitudewell teach the rest! If you do have batching or concrete experience thats great but it is not a prerequisite.
The Batcher role has excellent career development potential with the opportunity to learn about concrete quarry materials plant operation concrete batching scheduling and logistics whilst working in the construction industry. This role is full time Monday to Friday with standard hours of work being 5am 3:00/5:00pm with all other hours being paid at overtime rates including rostered Saturday mornings. Experience is preferred; however training will be provided to successful candidates.

About the Role:
Batching agitator trucks safely and efficiently
Loading aggregate bins
Housekeeping and yard duties
Communicating with customer on a regular basis
Placing orders for customers and internal stakeholders
Background and Experience required:
Are selfmotivated and take pride in your work
- Minimum of HR license (essential) with previous driving experience (preferred)
Have a strong workethic and excellent time keeping.
Can efficiently support individual customer requests
Enjoy being part of a results driven environment
Have a high regard for safety policies and procedures
Have very good IT skills and experience using Outlook and other softwares
A frontend loader ticket and experience would be highly regarded.
