We are searching for a Validation Engineer in Dallas TX .
- Responsible for production and characterization test solutions using several ATE platforms interface with Systems and IC Design Engineering teams for ATEtoSystem/Bench functional & parametric correlation.
- Participate and influence DFT. Yield improvement.
- Demonstrated expertise on leading edge ATE platforms
- Strong knowledge of test data statistical analysis manipulation and summary.
- Experience with Electrical FA for wafer FAB yield improvement and resolution of reliability fails. independently debug and release existing test programs.
