You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsible for the daily operations of the assigned area including general business activities and direct supervision of staff. Routinely interfaces with various departments to integrate the practice.

During the OnDemand interview a question will appear on your screen and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to rerecord your answers to each question Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred. Must have demonstrated leadership communication (oral and written) selfinitiative and problemsolving ability. Must be highly organized efficient and able to work independently. Requires human relations and customer service skills to influence and motivate others. Demonstrate patience and the ability to effectively coach and mentor others. Ability to work as a team member take direction from others and initiate and manage projects. Experience with spreadsheet preparation data collection/management/analysis and creation of graphs/charts and presentation in Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft OneNote is required.
