Brattleboro Subaru just restructured our technician pay plan and compensation plan and it is one of the best in the business.

Starting pay ranges from $20-$41.00 paid per hour(including overtime) based on your years of verifiable experience as a technician and your current ASE certifications. This base rate does not include the additional amount earned with our productivity bonus. If you currently do not have ASE certifications we pay for the testing the time to take the test and you receive an automatic pay increase with every ASE certification you pass.

You receive automatic pay increases. At 6 months you receive an increase at the 1 year mark another increase and then an increase every year you are employed with Brattleboro Subaru.

All technicians also have the opportunity to earn a weekly production commission based on the flat rate hours they produce up to an additional $16/hr produced.

And if that was not enough Subaru of America has a technician training incentive program and also incentives paid quarterly based on fixing the vehicle right the first time.
