Role Description:
Responsible for the assignment and timely execution of tasks related to the shipping objectives of the Breweries assigned to them.
Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth work flows and effective communication between Brewery Management Team Members and 3PLs (Spotting & Welcome Center)
Understand and ensure the compliance of all Brewery safety and quality policies
Proactively address any communication gaps or misunderstandings between Control Tower and Brewery personnel
Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Reaction Plans are followed at all times
Identify areas to improve queue operationsin order toachieve or exceed key performance indicators and targets
Monitor and react to operational efficiency measures throughout shift update and communicate all shift end reporting for assigned Breweries
Address operational topics with sense of urgency and make sure Warehouse is servicing internal SLAs
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required; Business Engineering Information Technology or Supply Chain preferred.
Strong analytical communications and presentation skills using Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated strengths in project management planning complex problemsolving and influence.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results that exceed customer expectations.
Willingness to relocate in the future for growth opportunities.
Ability to work nontraditional shifts and weekends
