Job Description
Overview
Audi Peabodyis part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add a qualified Receptionist to our team.
FullTime Schedule:
11:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. (4 days a week)
8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. (Saturdays)

Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls according to company policy and proper telephone etiquette
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments or conveying messages from Service Advisors
- Appointment confirmation changes or cancellations as needed
- Direct telephone call to the appropriate parties as necessary
- Additional administrative responsibilities
- Serve as a liaisonfor cashiering and documentscanning
- Operate an internet based phone system
- Handle multiple lines
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Superior customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- HIgh School Diploma or equivalent
