Little League World Series Event Staff MIDNIGHT SHIFT
Dates of Employment are August 7 2025 August 25 2025

This role is perfect for someone who values both safety and service in a dynamic setting.
The World Series event held in South Williamsport Pennsylvania from August 13 2025 until August 24 2025 is looking to hire Midnight Shift Event Staff. This position offers $15 per hour. All Event Staff positions are contingent upon ability to pass required background checks. Extensive background checks may include PA clearances.
Shift Times:
- 12:00 AM 8:00 AM
Event staff duties include (but not limited to): Helping the event run smoothly by staffing entrances assisting with ticket scanning and working closely with security to maintain order and enforce venue rules. They contribute to a positive guest experience by answering questions giving directions around the complex and helping ensure a safe familyfriendly environment. Their presence supports both the flow of the event and the comfort of players families and fans throughout the tournament.
Preferred candidates will demonstrate the following:
Must be at least 18 years of age with reliable transportation and the ability to commute to South Williamsport PA
- Must be able to stay alert and vigilant from Midnight to 8:00 AM
Committed to guest safety and their experience with a strong understanding and embodiment of our core values: Teamwork Fun Inclusion Community and Integrity
Safetyconscious and alert with the ability to learn and follow event rules procedures and the layout of the complex
Observant and attentive with good eyesight hearing clear communication skills and a calm composed demeanor under pressure
Physically capable of standing stooping and bending for extended periods in varying weather conditions
Possesses sound judgment adaptability and the ability to handle stressful or changing situations professionally
Friendly outgoing and customerservice oriented with a positive and inclusive attitude
Dependable punctual and able to maintain a neat professional appearance in accordance with the dress code
