Detailed description of the mission
As a member of ATR Customer Support & Services Directorate you will join the supplier support management team part of Customer Support Department. You will be part of a team working with ATR OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) with the main objective of ensuring that customer support activities of subject OEMs are prepared and delivered as per contractual agreements in line with expected performance level. Primary goal is to ensure and enhance ATR Customers satisfaction.
You will:
- Define a global process to describe the framework of the Supplier Support activity.
- Act as focal point in ATR organization & interface of ATR customers for OEM customer support activities.
- Take part in identification of gaps in OEM customer support activities for in service fleet.
- Support the preparation of Customer Support Reviews with main OEMs to share and align ATRs view of subject suppliers support activities and product performance.
- Contribute to deployment of required corrective and improvement actions on fleet in service as may be required on the base of achieved reliability lower than GMTBUR premature or repetitive removals excessive maintenance costs.
- Support your teammates in the implementation of mitigation actions when required to secure operations: extra stocks commercial dispositions advance standard exchanges.
- Support in PowerBi dashboard creation.
- Support the communication towards Customers.
This internship is designed for you:
- You are in final year of a Master degree with a specialization in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering. Knowledge in supply chain management and logistics is a plus
- You are proactive and come up with new idea by offering innovative solutions.
- You are a team player have ability to connection and coordinate multicultural teams and transversal activities.
- You have good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- You are fluent in French and English.

Vous serez amen :
- Dfinir un processus global pour dcrire le cadre de lactivit Support Fournisseur
- Agir en tant que point focal dans lorganisation ATR et interface des clients ATR pour les activits de support client OEM
- Participer lidentification des carts dans les activits de support client OEM pour la flotte en service
- Soutenir la prparation des Customer Support Review avec les principaux OEM pour partager et aligner la vision dATR sur les activits de support des fournisseurs concerns et les performances des produits
- Contribuer au dploiement des actions correctives et damlioration requises sur la flotte en service selon les besoins sur la base dune fiabilit atteinte infrieure au GMTBUR de retraits prmaturs ou rptitifs de cots de maintenance excessifs
- Soutenir vos coquipiers dans la mise en uvre dactions de mitigation lorsque cela est ncessaire pour scuriser les oprations : stocks supplmentaires dispositions commerciales changes standards anticips
- Supporter dans la cration dashboard PowerBi
- Supporter la communication vers les clients
Ce stage est fait pour vous:
- Vous tes en dernire anne de Master avec une spcialisation en Ingnierie Aronautique/Arospatiale. Des connaissances en gestion de la supply chain et en logistique sont un plus
- Vous tes proactif et proposez de nouvelles ides en proposant des solutions innovantes.
- Vous avez lesprit dquipe la capacit de crer des liens et de coordonner des quipes multiculturelles et des activits transversales.
- Vous avez de bonnes comptences en communication (crite et orale) et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Vous parlez couramment le franais et langlais.
