What youll do:

  • Youll make a difference in this role by delivering highquality administrative support to the People & Culture team
  • support the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment and selection induction professional development and trainingemployee engagement initiatives and managing exits
  • respond to the transactional needs of the organisationmaintaining employee records and compliance requirementsconducting data analysisand generating reports as required

About you:

  • Bachelors degree or certificationin Human Resources Commence Business or a related field
  • general understanding of the Australian industrial landscape Fair Work Act enterprise agreement interpretation and workplace health and safety
  • Proficiency with GenAI Microsoft suite HRIS LITMOS or similar platforms
  • A meticulous eye for detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
  • Assured communication skills to work across all levels of a business with the ability to build positive relationships and maintain strict confidentiality.
