Job Description
Lead mentor and support the technical support team to achieve performance targets.
Manage escalations and ensure prompt effective resolution of issues.
Drive process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
Ensure compliance with SLAs service standards and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
