Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage ESG reporting ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate sustainability goals
- Spearhead the companys BBBEEE transformation efforts tracking progress and ensuring continuous improvement
- Oversee the development of transformationrelated financial strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with senior management to drive change across the business focusing on sustainable and inclusive growth
- Ensure alignment with empowerment policies and regulations
- Ability to work independently while influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom degree (or related qualification)
- 3 years experience in transformationfocused roles specifically in ESG and BBBEEE
- Deep understanding of BBBEEE codes and ESG reporting frameworks
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with a passion for making an impact
