JOB TITLE: CMMS Specialist III (USAA)
JOB FUNCTION: EMCOR Government Services Inc. has an immediate need for a CMMS Specialist III in Herndon VA. responsible for all daily sitebased CMMS actions updates and reporting. Will play a critical role supporting asset validations and adjustments to the site preventive maintenance program. Workflow processing; to include technician assignment / dispatching work order processing customer service and workflow effectiveness. Fully comprehend research develop and / or deliver reports for the Project Manager and Leads. This position is expected to be a learning role that grows in competency and skills with our Maximo CMMS application. Will work with the corporate Center of Excellence for Asset Management (COEAM) staff to affect program changes and mass updates.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work order reception and dispatching to technicians
- Work order processing and disposition; work order completion in Maximo within 24hour period
- Ensuring proper completion of all required information on work orders
- Updating asset inventory for accuracy and consistency
- Updating the site Preventive Maintenance Program for accuracy and consistency
- Work toward process improvements and efficiencies
- Prepare large complex spreadsheets
- Provide reporting requirements in accordance with the contract and project manager
- Provide support to the site Administrative Assistant
- Attend client meetings as the sitebased Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CMMS providing real world solutions
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum experience of 2 years with Maximo or similar database applications
- Excellent analytical skills; including data collection organization and detail oriented
- Must be a clear vocal communicator
- Must be able to meet changing priorities deadlines work independently selfdirected and selflearning
- Ability to work unusual hours when necessary
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
