Job Description:
Oversee and assist with the overall daily operations of the fleet.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll
- Crewing Make sure boats are crewed open job requisitions interview and hire as needed.
- Scheduling approve vacation requests
- Mediate labor problems
- Order supplies create PRs receive and process invoices in Coupa
- Chair LSHC meetings
- SCPro entry manhours Near Miss reports JCCs
- Billing
- Maintain multiple spreadsheet reports including KPI turn times schedules
- Enter fuel and high water surcharges
- Represent Sub Chapter M/ RCP and vessel condition inspections
- Stay current with HELM
- Be able to compile monthend reports including fuel and payroll accrual
- Oversee fleet load/empty counts
- Watch over boat orders
- Update Fleetcom
- Homeland Security AFSP & AVSP
- Assist Manager with vessel and fleet maintenance projects as needed
- All duties assigned by supervisor
- Champion corporatelevel initiatives designated for operations facilities (safety environmental quality ethics etc.)
- Adhere to the directives and guidance prescribed by The ADM Way

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried nonexempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
