General Summary
Under general direction the Concierge is responsible for serving as gatekeepers to the building managing resident guests contractors accessing the building to complete association work or inunit work for owners food deliveries and package registration. They answer correspondence both electronically and verbally assist with amenity reservations and support the Miranova residents with any assistance needed.
Essential Job Duties and Core Responsibilities
1. Greet residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner and expedite all requests as required. Establish a rapport with the residents.
2. Answer and direct all incoming calls. Transcribe accurate messages as needed.
3. Maintain a professional work environment. Teamwork is essential among the departments.
4. Regular patrol of the grounds and parking garage.
5. Monitor security cameras.
6. Knowledgeable of all fire and elevator emergency procedures and be able to execute them in time of emergency. Alert proper authorities in emergency situations.
7. Administer emergency medical (firstaid CPR AED) practices and alert proper authorities when needed.
8. Daily inspection of all primary locations of operating equipment. Have working knowledge of the building systems including the security system.
9. Investigate any and all damage to the property. All damage must be reported via Incident or Property Damage Reports. A photo must accompany any such report.
10. On occasion and when appropriate escort service contractors to destination upon id verification and escort residents arriving home late. Accompany residents with dog walking at dark. **Upon Request
11. Verify service contractor work orders; issue appropriate control swipe card for access.
12. Assist execution of all scheduling meeting rooms resident/tenant services and direct all activities as the central point of contact.
13. Communicate with coworkers of the shifts/days events. Give detail written descriptions of the days activities in Building Link Shift Log.
14. Ensure special residential deliveries reach point of destination.
15. When necessary help with the training of coworkers.
16. Assist with special management projects.
17. Valet parking for guests and residents.
18. Perform light checks and enter any discrepancies into the Building Link work order system. (Applicable to shifts)
19. Submit service requests in Building Link necessary building deficiencies found or reported to Concierge Desk.
20. Perform services including but not limited to grocery assist key assist and package delivery upon request.
21. Perform Fire Safety monthly inspections and Corridor Stairwell Checklists necessary deficiencies should be reported in Building Link.
22. Scanning all delivered packages into building link notifying those residents that do not prefer electronic communication. Delivering packages upon request.
23. Reviewing and adhering to all current and future protocols as identified in the Book of Secrets.
24. Manage building processes through Building Link.

Direct Reports and Reporting Relationship
None however the ability to achieve results by working and collaborating with others within the organization regardless of the reporting relationship is a critical success factor.
Minimum Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent required. Previous work in hospitality customer service or security operations is desired but not required.
