We are seeking a curious analytical and forwardthinking Data Scientist to join our HR Operations & Technology team. This new role will help unlock insights about our workforce by building dashboards standardizing metrics and applying data science to drive strategic people decisions.
This is a hybrid position based in our Indianapolis office (WTHR) with inoffice presence required 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze workforce data to uncover trends and drive insights
- Define and standardize key people metrics and reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI
- Use APIs to automate and connect data sources
- Apply AI/ML models to support forecasting and anomaly detection
Requirements:
- 23 years of data science or BI experience (HR focus is a bonus)
- Skilled in Power BI Excel and a scripting language (Python/R)
- Experience working with APIs and data integrations
- Familiarity with people systems like UKG Greenhouse or ServiceNow is a plus
