Your mission

As a Business Development Representative youll be at the forefront of creating new business opportunities. Youll work closely with our Enterprise Sales Executives to prospect contact and develop relationships with potential customers.

What youll do at UiPath

  • Generate qualified meetings for Field Representatives through cold calls emails and strategic campaigns

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives

  • Report on sales results to the BDR Manager (weekly/monthly/quarterly)

  • Stay uptodate with our products services and pricing model

  • Continuously look for ways to incorporate automation into daily work

What youll bring to the team

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Sales Finance or related field

  • 6 months sales experience (internships count)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Automationfirst mindset

  • Resultsdriven and selfmotivated

  • Team player with a proactive attitude

  • Salesforce experience is a plus
