HR Manager This role will work closely with the CEO to implement and process HR functions within the organization. The HR Manager will assume a variety of HR responsibilities including but not limited to recruiting processing biweekly payroll benefits administration and compliance tracking. Pay Range: $62000 $80000 per year Essential Duties/Responsibilities: - Recruitment for all staff positions
- Partner with 3rd party firms for key positions
- Process biweekly payroll
- Monitor and track sick and vacation time
- Reviews tracks and documents compliance with mandatory and nonmandatory training continuing education staff development and work assessments
- Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation benefits and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity recognition and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Handles the reporting and maintenance of workers compensation claims.
- Handles employmentrelated inquiries from applicants employees and supervisors referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Maintains compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors which may include health disability and retirement plan providers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred: - Degree related to HR and/or a SHRMCP credential
- Experience with construction and/or office environment
- Experience with Paylocity
