Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Associate!
We are on the lookout for a proactive and detailoriented Talent Acquisition Associate to engage in our recruitment initiatives. In this position you will play a key role in sourcing interviewing and selecting candidates who will contribute to a robust workforce aligned with our companys objectives. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements and partner and contribute to our recruitment strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Help source candidates through online databases social media and networking. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates interest and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records in the Candidate Management System.
- Prepare and deliver offer letters in alignment with hiring policies and procedures.
- Support new hire onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through regular communication and updates.
- Collaborate with team members on recruitment initiatives and projects needed.
- Attend job fairs and other related recruitment activities
- Collaborate on talent projects for candidates and be a contributor with our TA COE initiatives
- Ad hoc projects as assigned
Required Education/Experience
- A proven track record of sourcing and hiring top performing talent is critical to the role
- At least 2 years professional experience in Talent Acquisition
- Degree or diploma in human resources business administration or related field is an asset
- ATS or CRM experience required
- Sourcing candidates from various social media platforms

The expected salary range for this position is $60000$70000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
