Description of the Role:
The PartTime Receptionist role at Gwinnett Place Nissan is a pivotal position that involves creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our valued customers. As the first point of contact the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner
- Listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Receive and sort mail and packages and distribute them as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
