Servicing:
HUBs Customer Service professionals provide critical support to our customers through account management claims management daytoday client oversight and underwriting services that make us a leading sales and service organization in the insurance industry. Through a robust network of resources you will be amongst some of the industrys top talent to help guide and support our customers needs and provide them with innovative solutions.
Our team is growing and we are looking for a detailoriented team player. The Commercial Lines Account Coordinator will provide professional and courteous service to our customers carrier representatives and HUB colleagues.
In this role you will:
- Process Certificates of Insurance
- Complete Evidences of Property
- Request Loss Runs from Insurance carriers
- Issue Auto ID cards
- Create loss summaries
- Enter renewal activities into agency management system
- Assist Account Managers with other duties as needed
- Pursue a program for personal and professional development
- Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by management
What you offer us:
- 12 years commercial lines experience (preferred)
- Property and Casualty producers license or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Proficient with standard office computer tools; i.e. Microsoft Office Word Excel Outlook etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a positive team environment and independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

The expected salary range for this position is $50000 to $58000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance FSA HSA and 401(k) accounts paidtimeoff benefits such as vacation sick and personal days and eligible bonuses equity and commissions for some positions.
