POSITION PURPOSE
The purpose of this position is to attract source & hire world class talent to COG USA. As a key member of our People team you will support the Cotton On Group strategy in the United States by effectively partnering with your business teams to fill positions with qualified and talented people. You are responsible for managing both the internal and external fullcycle recruitment and hiring process for designated market/brand/functions for both parttime and fulltime employees. You will also partner to provide relevant training to hiring managers on best practices and legal requirements for hiring candidates in a fair and consistent manner that follows all applicable local State and Federal laws.
