Job Overview


Nissan of Fort Myers is seeking a knowledgeable and customerfocused Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing inventory fulfilling orders and providing exceptional service to customers in the automotive parts industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive repair and parts management ensuring that all customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Duties

  • Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct automotive parts based on their needs.
  • Manage inventory control including stock levels and order fulfillment processes.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking inventory and orders.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as required.
  • Maintain a clean organized workspace to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Provide guidance on retail math to ensure accurate pricing and sales reporting.
  • Communicate effectively over the phone with customers demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Stay informed about market trends in automotive parts to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Support multilingual customers by offering assistance in their preferred language when applicable.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive repair or a strong understanding of automotive parts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and order fulfillment processes.
  • Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using (CMMS) or similar software.(Reynolds is a plus)
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve diverse customer bases.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
