Quality Engineering Lead
Location: Pune
Experience: 6 years
Must-Have:
- 5 years of relevant experience in Performance Testing with JMeter
As a Quality Engineering Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of quality engineers providing guidance in multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications developing comprehensive testing strategies and defining key metrics to manage and assess the testing process. You will also oversee test execution and defect resolution while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME).
- Collaborate and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing strategies and processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Good-To-Have Skills: Experience Architecture Automated Testing.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing testing frameworks and strategies.
- Proficient in analyzing test results and providing actionable insights for improvement.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
