We are seeking a talented and selfdriven PowerApps Developer to join our digital solutions team. This role focuses on designing developing and deploying custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps Power Automate and Dataverse). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to automate processes and improve productivity through lowcode/nocode solutions..
Responsibilities
Design and Develop Solutions: As a Power Platform Developer youll design develop test secure and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Youll implement components of a solution that include:
Application enhancements.
Custom user experiences.
System integrations.
Hands on experience on Power Apps Power Automate Copilot studio Power Pages Canvas application
ProblemSolving: Youll be responsible for identifying and solving technical challenges related to the Power Platform.
Continuous Learning: Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments to enhance your skills and adapt to evolving technologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders business analysts and other team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Technical Lead: Should be able to technically guide the team and participate in troubleshooting development as needed. Also to mentor the Junior team members.
Technical Project management and Delivery: Should take end to end responsibility of leading the team and delivering the project on time as agreed with business.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Applied Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform Services: Indepth understanding of its capabilities boundaries and constraints Dataverse
Authentication and Security: Basic understanding of authentication security and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for the Microsoft Power Platform.
Development Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform services JavaScript JSON TypeScript C# HTML RESTful Web APIs and Microsoft Azure.
Good understanding of Design Solution Infrastructure setup DevOps for large Power Platform Projects.
Certification: Power platform Microsoft Dynamic & Azure certifications will be preferred.
Good to have knowledge on Power BI
BFSI experience will be added advantage.
Excellent problemsolving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Credit Risk domain would be preferred.
Working experience on the Credit Risk management applications will be an added advantage.
Knowledge and experience on Mongo DB would be an added advantage.
