We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Staff Village (Heartist Village) Supervisor. In this role he/she will be responsible in assist the Staff Village Manager for overseeing all aspects of staff housing ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our workforce.
- Ensure that the Heartist is at the center of every single strategic initiative project or process;
- Oversee the allocation of staff accommodation based on company policies employee entitlements and employee needs
- Ensure all employee accommodation facilities are properly maintained safe clean and fully operational
- Develop and implement staff village policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of village building units and apartment coordinating with service providers
- Handle staff inquiries complaints and conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with Talent & Culture team and other departments to ensure smooth employee transitions and housing assignments
- Conduct regular inspections of staff village units to maintain quality standards
- Implement and maintain an efficient system for inventory management of furniture and appliances
- Stay updated on local regulations and ensure compliance in all village operations.
- Oversee daytoday activities in the onsite employee dining area ensuring cleanliness and hygiene at all times
- Liaise with outside F&B vendor provided menu should be has a Hygiene & Sanitation Certification from local health government office
- Assist the Staff Village Manager in additional tasks when needed.
Employee Welfare
- In coordination with the Talent & Culture Department organize and lead all the employee welfare activities in the staff accommodation as and when required
- Be present and actively participate in all the welfare activities
- Ensure any relevant communications are cascaded to all employees living in the accommodation including notices announcements etc.
- Ensure that all the welfare facilities i.e recreation room multipurpose room Gym are well maintained clean tidy and all equipment are perfectly working.
Transportation
- Ensure the transportation arrangement for all employees living in the staff accommodation are as per operational requirements
- Ensure vehicles are regularly inspected documented and consistently adhere to local legislation health & safety regulations safety measures and other accommodationrelated policies
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or staff housing
- Good reading writing and oral proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia language
- Valid drivers license issued by Indonesia Police is mandatory
- Understand of Front Office Housekeeping Food & Beverage Service operation OSHE (Occupational Safety Health Environment)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proactive and strong interpersonal communication skills customer service orientation
- Excellent problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience in managing staff and contractors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fastpaced environment
