The Job:
The Job:
- Ensure seamless checkout experiences for our patients answering questions and addressing concerns
- Verify and update patient information insurance and billing details
- Collect payments process claims and follow up on outstanding balances
- Collaborate with our team to provide exceptional patient care and resolve issues
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area reflecting our clinics commitment to excellence
- Monday Friday 8am5pm (no weekends or evenings!)
