Job Description
Were looking for a manager with experience in performance marketing whos excited about the opportunity to lead our Performance Marketing team. The role reports to our CMO and currently includes leadership of a team of three.

About the role
As Head of Growth Marketing you will drive paid media strategy and take ownership of the entire growth funnel from acquisition to retention in close collaboration with Product Managers. You combine creative and analytical thinking work crossfunctionally to unlock dependencies and lead a strategic experimentation agenda to optimize conversion LTV and CAC. Success in this role requires strong understanding of attribution cohort analysis app funnel metrics and a handson approach to navigating growth initiatives across marketing lifecycle and product teams.
What youll do:
- Develop a strategy for paid digital advertising (search paid social video mobile and sponsored content) ensuring alignment with the overall market business and brand strategy.
- Continuously build the foundation for user growth through the development of scalable processes and frameworks.
- Support and guide the team in developing the overall creative strategy.
- Lead the team by coaching as well as listening to facilitating and encouraging new ideas and innovations.
- Implement and ensure tracking targeting testing optimization and reporting of campaign results to improve ROAS ARPU CPI and other key KPIs.
- Work with both Marketing and Product areas to unlock dependencies discover new insights and opportunities for collaboration across team boundaries.
- Responsible for team budget allocation initially with CMO based on marketing channel and Once Upons overall strategy.
Your background
Although a degree in marketing or related fields is a plus practical experience is more important for this role. Therefore you have at least a couple of years experience from a specialist role in performance marketing where you likely worked for an agency or consumer company. You have a genuine interest for data driven sales and a deep understanding of digital marketing from strategy to execution.
The role demands strong knowledge in analytic tools such as Facebook Business Manager Google Ads Manager Google Analytics and Appsflyer. An understanding of Pinterest TikTok and App Store is also valuable. Additionally you are fluent in written and spoken English.

Location
Our headquarters is located in Skellefte in the North of Sweden. We also have offices in Pite rnskldsvik Ume and Stockholm. We are remote flexible but we value the creativeness and sense of community that follows from meeting face to face with colleagues. For this role were looking for someone in either the Stockholm or Skellefte office.
