Job Description
We are seeking a handson and visionary Delivery Lead to oversee endtoend delivery of solutions within the Repo & Secured Funding domain of a global investment bank. This is a strategic leadership role combining delivery management solution design technical oversight and team mentorship. You will lead a highperforming team to deliver scalable innovative and reliable technology solutions aligned with business needs while fostering a collaborative and agile work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Management & Leadership
Lead Agile ceremonies prioritize deliverables and define/track milestones
Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies
Align technical solutions with business requirements and longterm goals
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams
Champion team culture innovation and continuous improvement
Team Empowerment & Collaboration
Foster a culture of trust open communication and accountability
Guide and mentor team members including junior and new hires
Support team members in resolving functional and technical challenges
Conduct functional spec reviews and lead code review practices
Solution Design & Technical Oversight
Oversee the design of scalable maintainable and efficient solutions
Validate functional and technical architectures with a datacentric lens
Collaborate with architects to align solutions with enterprise standards
Promote a culture of technical curiosity experimentation and innovation
Quality Assurance & Maintainability
Advocate for engineering excellence using Agile SecDevOps CI/CD and Software Craftsmanship principles
Drive continuous testing and testdriven development practices (TDD/BDD/DDD)
Monitor and manage technical debt and implement remediation strategies
Production Stability & Change Management
Ensure platform stability and monitor KPIs for incident and problem management
Lead incident response communication and remediation planning
Oversee change management aligned with business timelines
Respond to audits and regulatory inquiries with technical documentation and impact assessments
Candidate Profile:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
7 years of experience in capital markets technology including:
Experience leading development or delivery teams
Functional understanding of Repo and Securities Lending a strong asset
Core Skills:
Strong leadership with empathy influence and problemsolving capabilities
Proven success in delivery management and team coordination
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (French & English)
Ability to mentor coach and develop technical and functional team members
Experience managing crossfunctional collaboration between IT operations and business
Technical Competencies:
Familiarity with technologies such as C# APIs and Cloudbased architectures
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines DevOps and automated testing strategies
Knowledge of capital markets workflows and secured funding instruments
