Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Higher Education Administration or counseling or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. A minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative higher education experience. Experience in planning and assessment focused on unit level strategies and objectives. Ability to problem solve and work collaboratively with campus partners. Prior experience in crisis response crisis management and student conduct administration. Ability to manage longterm projects and daily office responsibilities. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
