Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering compassionate personcentered care to seniors Lantern Crest Senior Living is looking for a dedicated and reliable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. In this role youll play a key part in ensuring the highest quality of care and comfort for our residents.
What Youll Do:
Provide handson nursing care and medication management to residents.
Support residents health and wellness through routine assessments and reporting.
Work collaboratively with caregivers and leadership to uphold resident care plans.
Assist with documentation medication administration and care coordination.
Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies with professionalism.
Communicate effectively with residents families and staff.
Schedule:
FullTime PM Shift (2:00 PM 10:30 PM)
Includes weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) and holidays
Qualifications:
Current California LVN license in good standing.
Prior experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be dependable compassionate and teamoriented.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
