Job Summary:

The Program Manager Internal and External Engagement plays a pivotal role in bridging the company with its internal and external stakeholders. This position is essential for fostering a cohesive and collaborative environment within the organization while also enhancing the companys public image and relationships with external partners. The program manager will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies ensuring that all messaging aligns with the companys goals and values. They will also lead strategic programs and initiatives to engage colleagues throughout their experience with Provation from interest to alumni relations. We are seeking a team member open to learning about and contributing to a dynamic fastgrowing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Internal Communications
    • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
    • Organize and facilitate internal events meetings and training sessions.
    • Collaborate with HR and other departments to address employee concerns and improve workplace culture.
    • Create and distribute internal newsletters memos and strategic updates.

  • Colleague Experience
    • External branding to build our reputation with prospective talent.
    • Oversee the thoughtful management of moments that matter in the employee experience.
    • Develop and execute strategies to improve employee experience and engagement and foster a positive work environment.

  • External Relations
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners including clients vendors and community organizations.
    • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
    • Manage external communication channels including social media press releases and public statements.
    • Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelors degree and 810 years of communications program management colleague engagement and/or external relations experience.
  • Proven experience in internal and external relations communications or public relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency using data and analytics to inform decisionmaking.
