What does a Rock Wall Attendant do

As a Part Time Rock Wall Attendant at the Y youll embark on an exhilarating journey filled with training and handson experiences! Youll undergo thorough training and shadow experienced team members before taking the ropes independently. Your primary role will be to facilitate the rock wall during designated times giving climbers an unforgettable experience. Youll be the watchful eye supervising the wall and ensuring that all safety rules are followed creating a fun and secure environment for climbers of all skill levels. Its not just about climbing; its about fostering a community of adventure seekers while keeping safety at the forefront.
