In our Wrocaw office the Digitalization Team is leading the way in smart manufacturing and datadriven innovation. Working closely with local IT and global Digital Technology (DT) teams we transform manual processes into seamless digital experiences. Here you wont just support transformation youll drive it.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Identify and drive opportunities to digitize and automate processes across production and administrative areas
- Implement cuttingedge tools that enhance efficiency and streamline operations
- Collaborate with engineering production and quality teams to optimize information flow
- Lead initiatives to digitize workflows and documentation
- Design and develop customized applications to support evolving business needs
- Contribute directly to projects that enhance performance and productivity
- Work closely with both local and global digital technology experts
Qualifications you must have:
- Experience with relational databases ERP systems and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of objectoriented programming and networking fundamentals
- Understanding of network traffic and communication protocols
- Introductory knowledge of industrial automation and machine connectivity
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights
- Teamoriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Project management experience
- Comfortable using Jira for task and project tracking
- Proficient in English
- Familiarity with Lean Management tools
- A strong passion for learning and continuous improvement
Qualifications we prefer:
- Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies in manufacturing
- Familiarity with core problemsolving techniques
- Goaloriented with a proactive attitude
- Handson programming experience
