About the Role:
We are expanding into Chennai & Bangalore and seeking a dynamic Sales Managers to spearhead corporate partnerships for our longterm stay solutions. Our service provides fully managed 34 BHK apartments ensuring seamless accommodation for expats with housekeeping maintenance and concierge services.
As a sales Manager youll develop relationships with HR/Admin teams of MNCs offering corporate housing tailored to highprofile expats from companies like Maruti Honda and American Express.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive corporate sales by pitching longterm accommodation solutions to MNCs and corporates.
Build relationships with HR/Admin teams to position our premium service apartments as the preferred choice.
Manage endtoend sales cycles from lead generation to closing deals.
Develop market strategies for expansion into Bangalore & Chennai.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Who Were Looking For:
Sales Background: Hotel Sales Service Apartments or Corporate Housing experience preferred.
Strong Communication: Ability to confidently pitch to decisionmakers in HR/Admin teams.
ExpatFocused Sales: Experience selling products or services to expat communities is a plus.
Market Awareness: Understanding of longterm stay solutions & corporate accommodation needs.
Existing Corporate Network: Connections with Maruti Honda American Express or similar companies are advantageous.
