Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to oversee the development and implementation of projects using emerging technologies. This role is essential to ensuring that our quality assurance processes align with our strategic objectives and contribute to the successful delivery of highquality solutions. You will lead and mentor a team of technical experts driving innovation and process improvement in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Software Requirements
Required Proficiency:
- Strong expertise in emerging technologies such as blockchain IoT AI etc.
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Preferred Proficiency:
- Familiarity with software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks
Overall Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of QA automation projects using emerging technologies.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Identify and evaluate new technology solutions to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with the organizations overall strategy.
- Stay uptodate with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
Technical Skills (By Category)
Programming Languages:
- Required:Proficiency in scripting languages for automation (e.g. Python Java)
Frameworks and Libraries:
- Preferred:Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Selenium Appium)
Development Tools and Methodologies:
- Required:Agile methodologies
- Preferred:Experience with CI/CD practices
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development and leading technology projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects using emerging technologies.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Experience in working with crossfunctional teams.

- Manage the development and delivery of QA automation projects using emerging technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Relevant certifications in emerging technologies are preferred.
