This is a fantastic opportunity to join our warm and happy school. We are looking for a committed enthusiastic and high calibre SENDCo to join our energetic and dynamic Team. You will be responsible for all aspects of safeguarding and lead the school in ensuring inclusive practice is of a high standard and staff are aware of the latest developments in the field of SEND. We are an inclusive school and have been recognised for the quality of our inclusive practice. We have systems and processes in place to ensure there is a whole team and whole approach to this role. We are looking for an experienced practitioner who is able to support and maintain the standards we have in place and support us to be at the fore of educational development in this area.
This post will suit a practitioner who has high expectations of themselves and their pupils and who is ambitious and driven to deliver on outcomes both academically and in developing the whole child. We are looking to appoint a practitioner who has a passion for improving the life chances of children. We are looking for someone who will champion our most vulnerable children and families.
