Casual Role
The Opportunity
In this role you will be supporting in a patient administrative role across various areas of the hospital. This will encompass Customer facing roles Switch board Ward clerk Data entry Customer Service enquiries General Administrative duties.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- Responsibilities include representing the company in a positive manner by delivering a superior level of customer service to all.
- This role also involves addressing patient and doctor inquiries along with handling all administrative tasks related to patient preadmissions admissions and discharges including health fund eligibility checks and estimations.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is an essential component of the role along with the ability to prioritise workload and maximise efficiency in duties.
Skills and Experience
To be successful you will be a wellpresented individual who possesses highly developed communication skills is flexible and excels in a multidisciplined team environment.
You will also demonstrate:
- Proficient in administrative and secretarial skills
- Robust background in customer service
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tasks headlines.
- Strong work ethic initiative punctuality integrity and respect for others
- Swift and accurate typing skills with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
