A bit about Splash (Treasury Wine Estates InHouse Agency)
Since August 2022 Treasury Wine Estates InHouse Agency Splash has been going from strengthtostrength creating worldclass work with a culture to match.
20 staff strong with a talented team of art directors copywriters designers motion media traders producers and more weve been busy creating national and global campaigns on a range of brands and collaborating with some of the countrys leading production companies.
Splash is redefying what it means to be an inhouse agency gaining recognition at the Effies Spikes One Show Campaign Brief THE WORK LBB Online Australias InHouse Agency Council Awards (IHAC) and the Clios.
Working closely with the Creative Directors you will play a key role in shaping Splashs creative vision delivering daytoday projects and managing national and global campaigns.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the strategic and creative development of ideas from inception to delivery across various campaigns including earned media ideas instore activations social media radio and new product development
- Collaborate with production partners to bring out the best in ideas and campaigns
- Work on projects and lead designers within the creative department to ensure project success
- Present work to stakeholders and run jobs independently
About you
- 5 years in creative agency or related environment
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking brand storytelling and campaign development
- Skills: Proficient with Adobe software (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator) and keen to learn other platforms (Figma AI tools)
- Attributes: A proactive individual with a never settle mentality great collaborator communicator and presenter of work
- Knowledge: General understanding of the wine world is a plus but not necessary
