Job Description

The Digital Experience Project Driver is responsible for planning tracking and coordinating digital initiatives that support the customer experience. Serving as the central point for project structure and documentation this role ensures that initiatives are clearly scoped organized and set up for execution. The Project Driver plays a key role in maintaining project momentum visibility surfacing risks and enabling crossfunctional collaboration.

This position requires a deep focus on project structure communication and accountability. The Project Driver will collaborate with stakeholders project team members and external partners to execute digital improvements that deliver measurable value. In addition to managing the project framework this role will own the triage and resolution process for bugs and issues helping to improve platform stability and ensure continuous experience enhancements.

This position requires a minimum of 3 days a week onsite at our beautiful Deerfield Beach FL Headquarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary coordination lead for digital project planning and delivery for assigned initiatives.
  • Create and maintain Project Briefs outlining scope milestones risks and objectives.
  • Ensure consistent communication with all stakeholders and proactively remove blockers to maintain momentum.
  • Maintain visibility across project activities using designated project management tools.
  • Manage the intake tracking and resolution process for bugs within the Digital Customer Experience sphere.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders IT and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of open issues and coordinate resolution activities based on severity and impact.
  • Track trends and root causes to support longterm solution planning and reduce repeat issues.
  • Establish and continuously refine structured workflows for digital project tracking and execution.
  • Collaborate with the DX management team to identify inefficiencies and improve delivery processes.
  • Participate in specification reviews support testing efforts (UAT/PROD) content loading and golive readiness for assigned projects.
  • Validate that final experiences meet defined requirements and quality standards before launch.
  • Provide weekly status reports for leadership and stakeholders highlighting project progress upcoming milestones and key risks.
  • Proactively identify document and escalate blockers to ensure alignment and timely resolution.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of project coordination or project management experience preferably in product digital marketing IT or customer experience environments.
  • Robust communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and nontechnical teams.
  • Handson experience with project management platforms (e.g. Asana Jira ) and agile or waterfall methodologies.
  • Deep problemsolving skills with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives and issue tickets simultaneously.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • A natural problem solver who can anticipate roadblocks and proactively solve issues.
  • Able to work successfully with both technical and nontechnical teams fostering crossfunctional alignment.
  • Eagerness to continually learn new applications tools and digital processes.
