Job Description
This is a remote position.
Project Manager 6 months FTC remote. Alternatively can be done as an outside IR35 contract.
Were working with a new ciient a business change consultancy with an fantastic practice across EMEA. They are looking to embed a Project Manager into one of their clients a scale-up (currently 800 employees) in the banking/finance arena that has been successfully executing an aggressive acquisitions programme over the past couple of years.
The brief for the Project Manager is to oversee projects across the business as a whole not just IT. Within the end-user client the PM will be reporting directly into C-Suite (CEO and COO) so engagement and stakeholder management at that level is a must. Other requirements/required experience are:
- Experience of working in an M&A environment as a PM initiating overseeing and implementing business change
- Experience in establishing governance frameworks where required and ensuring business compliance within those frameworks
- Experience in working at an SME or scale-up: the report to C-suite and responsibilities in ensuring team-level change is likely to have been gained in smaller companies
- Flexibility to travel to client sites: the position is remote but will require frequent travel to client sites in the UK and potentially throughout EMEA. Travel will obviously be expensed.
The position is primarily offered on a 6 month FTC full-time employed by us on a salary of 70- 74k pro-rata. There is a possibility that this could be extended either on another FTC or to a permanent role. However there is also the option of an outside IR35 contract at a rate of 450/day.
All applicants must have current authorisation to work unrestricted in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship.
