As a fulltime Account Receivable Collection Specialist at HamptonNewport News Community Services Board you will play a vital role in utilizing Electronic Health Records to streamline billing processes for various payers including Medicaid Medicare Commercial Third Party and Contract Payers. Your responsibilities will involve closely monitoring payments and outstanding accounts receivable balances ensuring the timely collection of receivables to maintain financial stability. Additionally you will provide exceptional customer service by offering support and guidance on direct client patient accounts contributing to a positive experience for our clients and partners.
