The Sales Administrator is a member of the Mackie customer fulfillment team and is responsible for promoting and maintaining positive customer relations through a variety of job duties including processing sales orders coordinating customer shipments and solving customer issues. The role requires someone who is customer service oriented selfstarting disciplined learns well on the fly and has excellent communication skills.

Benefits: Mackie offers a comprehensive employee benefit package including a 401(k) match. New employees accrue 15 days of paid time off in their first year along with 10 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays.
