About us

Job Purpose

To manage the requests to change the baseline programme and add value by ensuring that the consequences of accepting any given change is understood before it is accepted.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement a method of capturing and tracking change control requests until conclusion.
  • Ensure an appropriate impact assessment is undertaken on the change to understand the consequences.
  • Map out a series of options and make a recommendation for the way forward and liaise with any parties involved to see if the recommendation is practical.
  • Ensure that all change requests have been signed off and provide expert advice on all aspects of change control.
  • Ensure that change requests are accepted into the baseline workbook.

Supervisory/Interpersonal Experience Required

  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Expert project management skills.
  • Advanced change management skills.

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering (electrical mechanical civil) business or construction management or equivalent training and experience
