The scores and dispositions of candidates for this examination will be merged with previous exam participants. If you have previously submitted an application and choose to reapply you new score/disposition will replace your current disposition.
Supplemental Questionnaire:A properly completed Supplemental Questionnaire must be submitted with each application. Applications and Supplemental Questionnaires must be in the possession of the Human Resource Services Department by 5:00 p.m. on the Last Day for Filing. Failure to submit the Application or Supplemental Questionnaire will result in disqualification.

Underadministrative direction the Financial Services Officer manages and overseesvarious financial service staff and functions at an agency or departmentallevel; serves in a consultative role to management in addressing and resolvingfinancial revenue contract grant and related administrative programmaticand policy matters; facilitates the implementation of a wide variety ofprograms and projects; and to do related work as required.

THEVACANCY
Thisis a countywide recruitment and the current vacancies are in the GeneralServices Agency the Probation Department and the Healthcare eligible list created by this recruitment may be used to fillthese current vacancies and any that arise countywide.
The most suitablyqualified candidates will possess the following competencies:
THE EXAMINATION WILL CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
1) A review of applicants applications to verify possession of minimum requirements. Those candidates who possess the minimum requirements for the class will move on to the next step in the examination process.
2) A review of candidates Supplemental Questionnaires to select the best qualified applicants to continue in the process. Those candidates considered the best qualified will move on to the final step in the examination process.
3) An oral interview/exam which will be weighted as 100% of the candidates final examination score. The oral interview/exam may contain situational exercises.
CANDIDATES MUST ATTAIN A QUALIFYING RATING ON EACH PORTION OF THIS EXAMINATION.
