Position Overview
As an Office Clerk you will use limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures to handle day to day clerical duties of assigned area.Job Description
Description
- Compile data from previous and current work day and generate reports for management
- Review files records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests
- Maintain attendance log for hourly employees
- Print and distribute attendance log
- Other duties as assigned
- Travel Required: No
Environment
- Warehouse : Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)
- Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
Skills
- Specialized Knowledge : Some knowledge of OSHA and Safety policies and procedures preferred but not required
- Special Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel.
- Physical abilities: : Reaching stooping standing walking bending twisting sitting handling paperwork twisting carrying lifting pushing pulling gripping of items ranging from under 20 lbs. to over 60 lbs.
