- Provide topquality assistance across multiple communication platforms

Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively

Act as a dependable point of contact especially for sportsfocused clients

Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 01 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
