As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Offers and Shopping Data and Analytics team you will deliver timely insights to enhance customer engagement and business performance. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define objectives and nurture a culture of continuous experimentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Synthesize data from various sources to identify actionable insights for customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Product & Design teams to enhance user experience and increase adoption.
- Work with UX/UI teams to improve conversion rates through testing and implementation.
- Analyze customer behavior to measure performance and report key trends to senior leadership.
- Evaluate and implement new tools to improve data collection analysis and reporting.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Bachelors degree in statistics business analytics finance economics mathematics or engineering.
- 3 years of analytics experience in digital product or marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in data querying (Snowflake SQL/Python) Alteryx and Tableau.
- Ability to navigate loosely defined business problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights to nontechnical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Masters degree preferred in relevant fields.
- 2 years of analytics experience with a Masters degree.
- Experience with experimentation tools like Split Optimizely Adobe Target.
- Experience in designing analytics implementation to improve data collection.
