Role Overview:
As a Customer Service youll handle inquiries via phone chat email and social media assisting customers with account payment and technical concerns. Your mission is to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver highquality support through multiple channels (phone chat email and social media)
- Guide users through account setup login issues payment concerns and technical questions
- Serve as a dependable contact especially for sportsrelated customer needs
- Respond to client feedback with empathy and professionalism
- Communicate clearly and effectively to foster trust and customer loyalty
- Adhere to company procedures and maintain quality service standards
- Share feedback and ideas to help improve customer satisfaction and support efficiency
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
- 01 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
